How to Access eSIS - Former Students

As a former student, you have access to eSIS with your Falcon Account until the account retention time period for your account has expired.  

eSIS access beyond the retention period is granted to former students for the following reasons only:

  • To make online payments
  • To access billing information

To access eSIS for one of the above reasons, see the information under the headings below.

Make Online Payments

eSIS access to make online payments is extended for former students automatically. If you need to make online payments in eSIS, your Falcon Account may be used to log into eSIS until a balance is no longer owed.

Access Billing Information

eSIS access to detailed billing information for former students is not extended automatically beyond regular account retention time periods. To request temporary access to eSIS to view billing information, please contact DoTS, giving us your

  • ID number
  • Full name
  • Non-UWRF email address
  • Phone number where we can reach you during the day

Transcript Records and Enrollment

If you need a transcript, please see the Registrar's transcript page. Former students and alumni must request an official transcript.

If you need to enroll in courses after a time away from the university, please contact the Registrar's Office.
