Issue: I get a "Certificate Validation Failure" error message when attempting to connect to the UWRF VPN service.
Environment: Windows, Cisco AnyConnect, VPN,
Resolution: Connect the device to the UWRF wired network and restart the workstation to renew the device certificates. You may also connect the device to campus WiFi (eduroam network) and use it normally for a few hours; the certificates will automatically renew in the background. Test connecting to the VPN before leaving campus. If the issue persists, contact DoTS for assistance.
