Cisco IP Phone: Self Care Portal for Phone Services (Not Voicemail)

This service is only available when you are on a university wired or wireless network. This is also available via a VPN connection.

There are two portals (due to separate services/servers/systems) which may get a bit confusing:

Extension Mobility PIN Reset

  1. Access the self-care portal from an on-campus computer and log into the portal as described in the above section.
  2. Click on General Settings tab at the top.
  3. Scroll down to the Phone Services PIN section.
  4. Enter in your new PIN twice.
  5. When you start to type your first PIN, the Save and Cancel buttons will appear. After entering in your PIN twice, select the Save button.
