Cisco IP Phone: Self Care Portal for Phone Services (Not Voicemail)

There are two portals (due to separate services/servers/systems) which may get a bit confusing:

• The Self-Care Portal which is used to manage your phone. This article pertains to this portal. You can get here by going to go.uwrf.edu/phone.
  • Manage phone settings including resetting of extension mobility PINs
  • Manage the call forwarding of your phone to voicemail or to another phone
  • Manage speed dial and contacts
• Personal Communication Assistant ("PCA") which is used to manage your voice mailbox. Go to go.uwrf.edu/voicemail to access instructions for managing your voice mailbox such as resetting your voicemail PIN or managing your voicemail greetings.

Accessing the Self-Care Portal

Self-Care Portal for Cisco Communications Manager

• Access the self-care portal (https://dl-cucm-1.uwrf.edu/ucmuser/) from an on-campus computer (or via VPN).
• After you have accessed the website, log in using your Falcon Account username and password.

Extension Mobility PIN Reset

1. Access the self-care portal from an on-campus computer and log into the portal as described in the above section.
2. Click on General Settings tab at the top.
3. Scroll down to the Phone Services PIN section.
4. Enter in your new PIN twice.
5. When you start to type your first PIN, the Save and Cancel buttons will appear. After entering in your PIN twice, select the Save button.
