This service is only available when you are on a university wired or wireless network. This is also available via a VPN connection.
There are two portals (due to separate services/servers/systems) which may get a bit confusing:
Accessing the Self-Care Portal
Self-Care Portal for Cisco Communications Manager
- Access the self-care portal from an on-campus computer and log into the portal as described in the above section.
- Click on General Settings tab at the top.
- Scroll down to the Phone Services PIN section.
- Enter in your new PIN twice.
- When you start to type your first PIN, the Save and Cancel buttons will appear. After entering in your PIN twice, select the Save button.
