- Information on the DoTS website is laid out in a more standard way allowing you to find what you need easier.
- You have access to a knowledge base where there are articles that may help you with the many services offered by DoTS. How-to articles and frequently asked questions articles are featured.
- You have access to a service catalog where you can find out about some of the services that are offered by DoTS. When you request a service, your request is routed automatically to the person that can fulfill that request for you, bypassing intermediate hands and allowing for faster resolution.
- You have access to a client desktop (web page) where you can find out the details of tickets you have opened with DoTS.
- You can request project help or have DoTS manage a project for you. Requesting projects has been made more visible.
- If you are accustomed to using DoTS forms, you can find a list of forms on the service catalog search page. Look in the "Request Form" field. In order to see the field you must be signed in.
