What is the status of my ticket?

Did you know that you can find out the status of tickets you have submitted without having to contact DoTS?

  • Go to http://technology.uwrf.edu/TDClient/1979/Portal/Home/
  • Log in with your Falcon Account.
  • A sub-set of active tickets are listed in the My Submitted Tickets module.
  • Click on the View all link in order to see all of your active tickets.
  • Optionally, search for other tickets, including those that have been closed or canceled, by changing the search criteria.

You are welcome to contact DoTS to have a technician provide you with an update on the status of a ticket you submitted.
