Find out where your tickets are in the process.

Did you know that you can find out the status of tickets you have submitted without having to contact DoTS?

  • Go to https://technology.uwrf.edu/TDClient/1979/Portal/Home/
  • Log in with your Falcon Account.
  • Select the large red "View My Support Tickets" button
  • Your active tickets are displayed under the main search box.
  • Optionally, since there is a search box, you can search for other tickets, including those that have been completed or canceled, by changing the search criteria.

You are welcome to contact DoTS to have a technician provide you with an update on the status of a ticket you submitted.
