What is the service catalog?

The service catalog is a menu of technology services provided to the UWRF campus community. It exists to provide you with the ability to quickly identify services that can assist you and to enhance your understanding about each service.

Why would I request services via the service catalog?

• You can access the service catalog easily from the DoTS website.
• You can find out about services already offered to campus that may help you and potentially save your department and the university money.
• Information about the services are displayed in a consistent manner.
• Requesting the service is done in an efficient manner allowing DoTS to more quickly help you.
• You can get additional useful information about the service from associated knowledge articles.
