Duo Multi-Factor Authentication: Unable to Authenticate

Issue: I am unable to Duo authenticate into student employee applications on my smartphone. I receive an SSL error.

Environment: Student employee, Duo, personal smartphone

Resolution: Ensure you are connected to the eduroam wireless network on your personal phone - not UWRF-Welcome.
