Issue: A residence hall door is unlocked and no card access is required to enter. This is a security risk as anyone can access the residence hall.
Environment: Electronic door not locked (unlocked state), residence hall, card access
Resolution: Contact the Carding Office. The Carding Office will perform a status check on the door in question and can reset the door back to normal operation. If the issue needs to be escalated, the Carding Office representative will do so.
