eSIS: "Resource in Use" Message when Updating Class Schedules

Issue: I am unable to make class schedule updates in eSIS. I receive this message: "The resource you are trying to schedule is currently in use. Try your save again. If after 3 attempts you still cannot save, contact your system administrator". 

Environment: eSIS, functional offices, Registrar's Office

Resolution: In eSIS, go to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Resource Queue Cleanup and select Unlock Resource.
