University Computer: BitLocker Error

Issue: I am receiving an error that contains the term "BitLocker"

Environment: PC, computer

Resolution:

• As a first step try rebooting the computer. 
• Please contact DoTS for further assistance. BitLocker errors require physical access to the computer. DoTS can have a technician visit you or you may bring the computer to our Service Desk.
• In some cases, BitLocker errors are a result of a laptop battery being drained. In order to help prevent BitLocker errors from occurring, recharge your computer's battery before its charge gets too low.
