Duo Multi-Factor Authentication: Fob code works on one computer but not another

Issue: My Duo fob is not working on one of my devices. The numbers are not looking right when I enter them.

Environment: Multiple computers

Resolution: The fob is probably not the issue. The solution probably relates to the computer/device you are trying to log into. Check to see that your computer's number lock (num lock) is active. Are there any other differences between the two devices that might be causing the issue?
