eSIS Change

Introduction

Note: This service is not meant for changes to data within eSIS or for requesting changes to security.  For changes to data, contact the department who is responsible for that data.  For eSIS security requests, you can click to use another request form.

The Division of Technology Services supports UWRF's student information system, eSIS.  Request this "eSIS Change Request" service if you'd like to change the way eSIS works such as adding, modifying, or removing a business process, elements on a page, etc.

Benefits

  • You have a say in how eSIS works at UWRF.  Requesting changes to eSIS through this service catalog allows DoTS and the various functional areas on campus to better evaluate, prioritize, and track these requests.

Service Level Agreement

  • A change can be requested 24/7 via the service catalog.
  • An emailed summary of your submitted change request is sent to your UWRF email address within two business days after you request this service.
  • Change requests go through an evaluation process and they are then approved or declined.
  • Each change request is evaluated for technical feasibility and resource availability to complete the project.  Ongoing maintenance and support costs are also considered.
  • Change requests are prioritized based on other changes in the queue.
