Incident: I am trying to print and it is taking a long time.

Resolution: When releasing print jobs on campus, occasionally the job will take an extended period (1-5 minutes) to fully process and print. This issue is usually caused by poorly re-sized images (poor rasterization). When the printer receives a job of this type, it must process each image completely which for high-resolution images can take a few moments. To avoid this problem, convert the document to a PDF first before printing.
