This article pertains to UWRF non-student employees only.
- Open the Software Center app.
- Select Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Select install and wait for the installation to complete. It may take several minutes and your taskbar may disappear temporarily during this process.
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud from your desktop or the start menu. Enter your UWRF email address if you are prompted to sign in.
- Upon launching and logging in for the first time, Adobe CC may perform updates that can take up to 20 minutes. A progress bar may be displayed after logging in. After the updates have completed, re-launch Adobe CC.
- Your email address is recognized as belonging to the UWRF enterprise. If you are asked to choose an account, choose Enterprise ID.
- When you are redirected to the Falcon Account login page, enter your Falcon Account username and password.
- If you have Duo multi-factor authentication enabled, continue authenticating.
- You are now signed in!
