eduroam: Unable to Connect - General

Issue: I'm unable to connect to the eduroam wireless network

Environment: computer, eduroam, WiFi, mobile device, wireless network

Resolution:

Attempt these...

  • Forgetting the network, and then re-connecting (not available on campus-owned Windows devices)
  • Restarting the device
  • Logging out and back in again
  • Turn WiFi off and back on again

Computers

  • If still not working, you may need to connect the computer to a wired connection first to establish a connection and then try wireless again.
