Cisco IP Phone: Date/time is incorrect

Issue: Cisco phone display shows an old date or time.

Environment: Cisco phone, office, staff

Resolution: Infrequently, the phone freezes up. Unplugging the cable that goes from the wall to the phone and plugging it back in usually resolves the issue.
