Issue: Respondus LockDown Browser will not install correctly. A feature transfer error is displayed during install.
Environment: personal (not owned by UWRF) Windows computer
Resolution: Before starting the installation, turn off all sections of the Virus & Threat Protection in Windows Security. After the installation, turn all sections back on and then run Respondus LockDown Browser.
