iClicker: Base station is not responding

Issue: My iClicker base station is not working.

Environment: classroom, classroom technology


  • Verify that the base station is connected to a computer with current software installed using the included USB cord.
  • If the installed iClicker software version is not current, download and install the most recent version.
  • If the base unit is still not responding, Textbook Services replaces it with new base unit.
