Issue: The Konica Minolta MFD will not print. The orange error indicator light is on and a message indicating that the waste toner is full is on the display.
Environment: Konica Minolta Multi-Function Device (MFD).
Resolution: This issue is a fairly rare occurrence as our vendor, Marco, typically empties waste toners during service calls. However, if the issue is present, contact DoTS and we'll take care of it for you.
Note: Waste toner containers are not auto-ordered. The machines do not provide the needed data to our systems for automatic ordering.
