Adobe Creative Cloud: Installation and Signing In (PC)

This article pertains to UWRF non-student employees only.

 

  1. Open the Software Center app.
  2. Select Adobe Creative Cloud.

  1. Select install and wait for the installation to complete. It may take several minutes and your taskbar may disappear temporarily during this process.
  2. Open Adobe Creative Cloud from your desktop or the start menu. Enter your UWRF email address if you are prompted to sign in.
  3. Upon launching and logging in for the first time, Adobe CC may perform updates that can take up to 20 minutes. A progress bar may be displayed after logging in. After the updates have completed, re-launch Adobe CC.

  1. Your email address is recognized as belonging to the UWRF enterprise. If you are asked to choose an account, choose Enterprise ID.

  1. When you are redirected to the Falcon Account login page, enter your Falcon Account username and password.

  1. If you have Duo multi-factor authentication enabled, continue authenticating.
  2. You are now signed in!
