Email List: Automatically Populated Lists

The Division of Technology Services maintains membership for several email lists of employees in LISTSERV based on human resources data records.

The following lists are generally available and moderated by the Chancellor's Office:

acadstf All employees with academic staff appointments (both teaching and non-teaching)
faculty All employees with faculty appointments
instruct-acadstf All employees with instructional academic staff appointments
ltestf All employees with limited term employment (temporary) appointments
limitedstf All employees with limited (at-will) appointments
universitystaff All employees with university staff appointments
otherstf All employees with other appointment types
all-employees All employees
