Network-based group and committee file storage is a common means of collaborating with colleagues.

• FalconShare group and committee folders provide reliable storage that can be accessed at any time by members of your working group or committee
• Access rights to folders and files can be customized such that one group of people can write to files while another group has read-only access
• If needed, unlike department folders, group/committee folders can be made readable to all campus employees if desired
