I: A student in the CAS Adobe Licensing program is getting a "license expired" notification when signed into Adobe Creative Cloud products.
E: CAS student in Adobe Licensing program (AD group membership of "Adobe Cloud - Student All Apps Pro")
R: Follow the steps below:
- Enter your UWRF email address (@my.uwrf.edu) and if you are prompted to select a "Personal Account" or a "Company or School Account", select "Company or School Account"

- Log in with your Falcon Account credentials when prompted, and use your multifactor authentication as prompted.

- If you are prompted to "Select a Profile" select "UW-River Falls" and not "University of Wisconsin - River Falls"

- Upon sign-in your Adobe license should be active and ready to use.
