The files.uwrf.edu service will discontinued as of 10/30/2025. Users will need to move to using VPN to access the T drive off campus or move files to Microsoft Teams.

Why is this happening?
The files.uwrf.edu application is not compatible with Okta Multi-Factor Authentication.
What do I need to do?
Transition to VPN or migrate your files to Microsoft Teams.
*VPN use is not required to access T: drive when using a campus computer and while on the campus network.
When will this happen?
By October 30, 2025 (Last day to use Duo to authenticate)

Can I use OneDrive to share these files?
Yes, however departmental collaboration files should be stored in Microsoft Teams. OneDrive data is tied to your individual user account, and should you depart the university, that data could be lost when your account is deleted.
