Printing: How do I print as a Guest?

To print as a guest you will need to create a guest account in our printing system and visit the Library Circulation Desk to add funds to your account. See instructions below:

Create Your Account

  1. Go to http://go.uwrf.edu/guestprint
  2. Click the "UWRF Guest Printing Registration" link below the login button
  3. Fill out the information to create your account.

Sign Into Your Account

  1. Go to http://go.uwrf.edu/guestprint
  2. Sign in with the username and password that you created

Add Funds to Your Account

  1. Visit the Library Circulation Desk and purchase a top-up card for the desired amount ($1, $5, and $10 are available)
  2. Log into your account (see above for instructions)
  3. Click the Redeem Card button on the left side.
  4. Enter the number of the card and click redeem.
  5. The Balance has now been added to your account. You can go to the Summary Tab to view your balance.

Print!

  • Now you are ready to print! You can view our Printing Knowledge hub for full instructions (https://go.uwrf.edu/printing), but we recommend using Web Print
  • Once you have sent you print job, visit an MFD in the library, use the onscreen keyboard to sign in with your account and release your print job.
