We recommend configuring your phone from the Okta Verify interface found in Settings at
myapps.uwrf.edu but you can configure from a device using the following instructions
- Install Okta Verify App on your mobile device
- Open app and tap “+” to add an account (upper right-corner)
- Select the “Organization (work, school, company)” account type
- Select “Skip” if you don’t have another device set up already
- Select “No, Sign In Instead”
- Enter “myapps.uwrf.edu” as the Organization Sign-in URL and tap “Next”
- Log in with your Falcon account credentials when prompted
- After logging in, select the option to enable confirmation when prompted
- Tap “Done” on the success message
Adding Additional Devices
- Visit myapps.uwrf.edu
- Select Name --> Settings
- Scroll down to Security Methods --> Click the Setup button under Okta Verify OR Security Key or Biometric
- Follow the on-screen prompts to configure the additional device
Removing Duo
To remove Duo from your account follow these instructions:
- Go to myapps.uwrf.edu
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Settings
- Under Security Methods for the option you wish to remove, click the remove button.
