eduroam: Unable to Connect - Can't type in Windows username/password field

On Windows, if you cannot click or type in anything in the username/password field follow the instructions below

  1. Restart the Device to clear the unresponsive pop up
  2. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-fi > Manage Known Networks
  3. Forget eduroam
  4. Go back to Wi-fi > Show available networks
  5. Reconnect to eduroam again

Note: You must forget and reconnect to it from the settings, not the taskbar.
