On Windows, if you cannot click or type in anything in the username/password field follow the instructions below
- Restart the Device to clear the unresponsive pop up
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-fi > Manage Known Networks
- Forget eduroam
- Go back to Wi-fi > Show available networks
- Reconnect to eduroam again
Note: You must forget and reconnect to it from the settings, not the taskbar.
