Issue: I cannot access Cengage in Canvas
Environment: Canvas third-party integration software
Resolution: The usual process is the instructor works with Textbook Services when determining which textbook will be used for the upcoming term. Textbook Services communicates with DoTS to request third-party integrations be added to courses in Canvas. If there is a missing third party integration in Canvas, contact DoTS so we can add the integration.
