Humane Handling Institute Courses: Student Self-Enrollment

Go to the Humane Handling Institute's Canvas Catalog: https://hhi.catalog.instructure.com

Click on the course tile for the course you are interested in completing.

Click on the Enroll Now button to sign up for the course. If you would like to bulk enroll several students, you can click the Bulk Enroll button.

If this is the first course you are taking in Canvas, create your Canvas Catalog account.

Note: If you have previously taken a UWRF Continuing Education Canvas course, click the Already have an account? Sign in here button.

When you have entered your name, email address, confirmed your email address, agreed to the Acceptable Use and Privacy Policies, and verified that you are not a robot, click the Register New Account button.

Click the Enroll button

Open your email. You should receive the following email. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Clicking the Complete Registration button will open the following screen.

Create a password, enter your time zone and click the Register button

Note: Don’t forget your password. You will need it each time you log into a University of Wisconsin-River Falls Continuing Education course.

Once you create your password and click Register, you will see the following page.

Click the Go To Course button.

You should also receive a confirmation of enrollment email. That email will have a button to allow you to access your Canvas Dashboard.

Clicking the Access Your Dashboard button will open the University of Wisconsin System login page. Click the UW Continuing Education Student button to access your Canvas Dashboard.

Note: Your login is your email address and your password is the password you created in the steps above.
