Some workstations may require Duo authentication to log into or unlock the desktop. This is a security feature. The Duo prompt appears after entering your password but before you reach the desktop.
Duo for Windows Authentication Interface
- Select Duo Push to receive a push notification on your device.
- Select Enter a Passcode to enter a code from your authenticator app or Duo fob.
