The Duo enrollment process:
- Enroll a device
- Install the Duo Mobile app
- Activate Duo Mobile (scan the bar code)
- Configure your device (optional)
- Repeat to install another device (a good idea in case you forget your phone or get a new phone down the line)
Sometimes you stop the enrollment process before scanning the bar code or you close your browser and move on with life. Then you find out that you can't log in. DoTS can help you here. However, if you need to use Duo multifactor authentication to access to UWRF technology soon, it is best to call or visit the DoTS Service Center to get immediate attention.
