Forgot your phone?
- Use another previously-enrolled device (e.g., tablet or fob) or
- Request a Duo bypass code. Besides using the bypass code to continue your login process, you can use it to enroll a backup device to help you avoid this situation in the future.
If you have your phone but not an internet connection, the Duo Mobile app has the ability to generate a passcode even without an internet connection.
