The Division of Technology Services supports UWRF's student information system, eSIS. You have a say in how eSIS works such as adding/modifying/removing a business process, elements on a page, etc.
Once you request a change,
- DoTS and the various functional areas on campus evaluate, prioritize, and track your request.
- Each change request is evaluated for technical feasibility and resource availability to complete the project. Ongoing maintenance and support costs are also considered.
- Change requests are prioritized based on other change requests in the queue.
