Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud encompasses a suite of applications and tools used to create and modify graphics (InDesign), images (Photoshop), video (Premiere), business documents (Adobe Acrobat), Adobe Express Premium and other file types.

UWRF is granted an allocation of Creative Cloud licenses from UW System and we allocate those licenses on an as-requested basis.

UWRF employees, including student employees on university-owned workstations, can request Adobe Creative Cloud. At this time, these individual licenses are not available to students due to the limited number available. Students may use Adobe Creative Cloud in certain computer labs (Davee Library 200) or may purchase their own subscription for access on personally-owned devices. More information on Adobe's educational licensing program may be found at https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/students.htm.

Once requested and deployed employees can:

  • Install the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application from Self Service (Mac) or Software Center (PC)
  • Install the individual Adobe apps from the Adobe Creative Cloud app
  • Sign in with your UWRF credentials to use Adobe Creative Cloud and other Adobe products
    • You are allowed to be signed into a maximum of two devices (including personal devices) at one time.
