Employee Onboarding - Chartwells

After pressing the "Request Service" button, enter these (Action > Category > Subcategory > Service):
Request Something DoTS offers > Accounts and Passwords > Other > Employee Onboarding - Chartwells


Request this service in order to onboard your new Chartwells employee. On the form (which you see when you "request service") you have the opportunity to provide the following:

  • Name
  • Is this a student employee? If so, what is their ID number?
  • To which group (catering, cook, Falcon Center, general, manager, supervisor) should the person belong?
  • Is Micros access wanted? If so, which revenue center?
  • Is key cabinet access wanted? If so, which keys?

You can onboard multiple people at the same time, if desired.


  • Ensure that the employee has the technology and access needed complete job duties
  • One form instead of many

  • Chartwells personnel that prep new employee arrivals

Service Level Agreement

  • Requests to onboard Chartwells employees are responded to within 3 business days and the onboarding is completed within 5 business days.
