Duo Multi-Factor Authentication: Reactivate Duo Mobile (New Phone)

After pressing the "Request Service" button, enter these (Action > Category > Subcategory > Service):
Request something DoTS offers > Accounts and Passwords > Duo > Reactivate Duo Mobile


It is easier to have more than one device enrolled in Duo. That way when one device is not available, you can still proceed using another device.

However, if you are switching using Duo Mobile from one phone to another and you still have the old phone, you can still "reactivate" Duo Mobile on your own.

But if you don't have your original phone or another previously-enrolled device available, you will need to request help from DoTS in reactivating Duo Mobile. That is what this service is about.


  • The ability to get Duo Mobile set up on your new phone so that you can use the Duo multi-factor method to log into UWRF systems.

  • If you need to use Duo multi-factor authentication to access to UWRF technology soon, it is best to call or walk into the DoTS Service Center to get immediate attention. If you decide to request this service, we'll reach out to you within one business day to begin the reactivation process.
