Description

Design an ITSM public-facing metrics service page and publish to the website. The page will include service metrics and narrative text to help "tell the story"

Organizational Risks

  1. Low Impact on Other Projects

    Other projects' critical paths are not involved in this project.

  2. Low Lack of Commitment / Adoption

    Low risk as long as the repeatable steps of the operation are easy and easily repeatable.

  3. Low Ongoing Support

    We plan on using a tool currently in use at UWRF (TeamDynamix).

  4. Low Unknown Complexity / Learning Curve

    The tool is known. Other institutions publish KPIs with stories.

  5. Low Vendor Dependence

    Vendor limitations would first hit our ticketing and project work which are more critical.
