Changed Status from In Process to Completed - Met Expectations. This fiscal year's 8851 phone swaps was a great learning experience. We have the prerequisites in place for future 8851 implementations, be it one offs or full fleets worth. A majority of the work can be performed by student workers (if not all), as Desi was a great help in the programming and unboxing of the new phones. We have a small handful of 8851's we are keeping in our inventory, but we expect to make another order in the future for the next batch of replacements.
Initial Cisco phones were purchased in 2015. Identified the top 100 used telephones in the last 4+ years. Replacing those phones. Adding "side cars" a/k/a Key Expansion Modules (KEMs) to some key phone users.
