Issue: I am unable to view a shared email box that I should have permissions to see
Environment: Microsoft Outlook, Windows, shared email box
Resolution:
- Determine if you can view your shared email box from the web. (If so, at least you have access to it that way while DoTS works on making it so you can see it in the Outlook program/app.)
- Contact DoTS. Let us know what email box you are trying to see and whether or not you could see it through the web client (previous step).
