Add the shared mailbox so it displays under your primary mailbox
- Log into Microsoft Office 365 web interface (www.outlook.com/uwrf.edu)
- Right click on the Folders heading in the folder list and choose Add shared folder
- In the add shared folder dialog box, type the name or email address of the shared mailbox and then select Add.
Open the shared mailbox in a separate browser window
- Log into the Microsoft Office 365 web interface (www.outlook.com/uwrf.edu)
- Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right hand corner
- This will open a drop down menu in that menu
- Select Open another mailbox…
- Enter the name of the shared mailbox into the dialog box that opens
- Either select the mailbox from the drop down list or select Search Contacts & Directory
- Once you have the mailbox selected, click Open
- If this is the first time you have accessed the mailbox, you maybe prompted to select language and time zone
- UWRF is in the (UTS-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) Time Zone
