Scantron student answer forms (bubble sheets) are available for purchase through UWRF Central Stores. To avoid running out, we recommend instructors still using the Scantron device have answer sheets on-hand. Technology Services may have extras, but are not responsible for ensuring answer sheets are available on-demand.
- Form 95677: two-sided, 100 question option with writing portion on the back
- Form 95946: two-sided, 50 question option with writing portion on the back
Distribute the answer forms with your test questions. Instruct students to fill in their answer bubbles with a number 2 pencil. If you have multiple answer keys, instruct students to fill in the answer key they have been assigned.
Both of these forms can be scored using the Opscan 3 and Opscan 4ES scoring machines on the main floor inside Davee Library.
