Background
This voice announcement is heard when attempting to obtain an operator with the telephone company to assist with outside calling. There are very few legitimate uses for operator-assisted calling in an a business environment. Weighing against the numerous possibilities for toll fraud, Technology Services has chosen to block this service as a fiscal control for the institution.
