GET Funds: "This user is already registered" message

Issue: When attempting to log into, I get the error message: "This user is already registered."

Environment: GET Funds site, new student, first login, dining plan, meal website, meal balance.

Resolution: If you have a common name, it is possible your email has been used by the GET Funds website for a previous student. If you think this may be the case, contact DoTS. We will work with you and CBORD to correct the issue.
