Copying: Copying Documents

  1. Tap your UWRF ID card at the card reader on the right side of the device or you may login using your username and password by tapping the boxes on the screen.

  1. On the device home screen, tap the Device Functions button.

  1. Select the desired account to charge the copy job to by tapping the account name.

  1. Tap the Copy button on the device screen (highlighted in yellow below).

  1. The Quick Copy interface appears. Make adjustments to the settings as desired and press the blue start button when ready to start the copy.

  1. When you have finished, press the Log off or Access button to the right of the display to sign out of the MFD.
