Printing: Releasing a PrintAnywhere Print Job

Print jobs submitted to the PrintAnywhere queues may be released at any Konica Minolta Multi-Function Device (MFD) on campus.

  1. Tap your UWRF ID card at the card reader on the right side of the device or you may login using your username and password by tapping the boxes on the screen.

  1. On the home screen, tap the Print Release button.

  1. A listing of all your currently held print jobs will be shown.

  1. Either check the box next to the job you wish to release or tap the Select All checkbox and tap the Print button in the lower right corner.

  1. When you have finished releasing print jobs, tap Log Off ( icon) in the upper right to sign out of the device.

Adjusting Job Settings

With the release of PaperCut 18, the ability to adjust job settings (color vs. grayscale, number of copies, and shared account charged) has been added to the MFD interface. Tap the arrow button on the right side of the print job and adjust settings as desired.
