Do not use your department ProCard to purchase apps.
Provide Technology Services with the account number on which you'd like the purchase charged. Technology Services makes the purchase on your behalf and pushes the app to the relevant UWRF device. This avoids issues with taxes, device management, as well as allowing for volume discounts on some purchases.
