Printing: Advanced Print Options

Stapling & Hole Punch

Windows

  • Open your desired document and select "File" then "Print" (or press CTRL + P)
  • Confirm your chosen printer is one of the PrintAnywhere queues, then select "Printer Properties"
    • If you are printing from a web browser, you will need to select "More settings" > "Print using system dialog" > "More settings"
  • Select the "Finish" tab along the top of the new pop-up window
  • Check the box next to your desired finish and choose your desired format from the matching drop-down menu
  • A graphic on the left side of the pop-up will illustrate the selection you have made
  • Select "OK" to apply the change, then "Print"

Mac

  • Open your desired document and select the printer icon (or press Command + P)
  • Confirm your chosen printer is one of the PrintAnywhere queues, then scroll down and select "Printer Options"
  • Select "Layout / Finish" to open a new pop-up, then choose the "Finish" tab
  • Check the box next to your desired finish and choose your desired format from the matching drop-down menu
  • A graphic on the left side of the pop-up will illustrate the selection you have made
  • Select "OK" to apply the change, then "Print"
    • If you anticipate using this finish frequently in the future, you can save it as a preset under "Preset" > "Save Current Settings as Preset"

 

Tray Selection

Windows

  • Open your desired document and select "File" then "Print" (or press  CTRL + P)
  • Confirm your chosen printer is one of the PrintAnywhere queues, then select "Printer Properties"
    • If you are printing from a web browser, you will need to select "More settings" > "Print using system dialog" > "More settings"
  • Select your desired tray from the "Paper Tray" drop-down menu in the default tab
  • Select "OK" to apply the change, then "Print"

Mac

  • Open your desired document and select the printer icon (or press Command + P)
  • Confirm your chosen printer is one of the PrintAnywhere queues, then scroll down and select "Printer Options"
  • Select "Paper Tray / Output Tray" to open a new pop-up
  • Select your desired tray from the "Paper Tray" drop-down menu
  • Select "OK" to apply the change, then "Print"
